Conrad’s Journey to Full-Time Success

Conrad, who joined us at Jubilee House in May 2024, has made fantastic progress. He has officially been working full time at a Recycling Plant for 4 weeks! Conrad wrote his CV, applied, and went through the interview process independently—achieving one of his biggest goals since joining us. He’s now an integral part of the community, helping sort recycling and prevent plastics from going to landfill. He’s up early every morning, cycling to and from work to stay fit, all while maintaining a great social life outside of work. An incredible achievement!
