We're always looking for caring, positive and passionate people to join our growing team.As well as Chilwell House in Ilkeston, our community based rehabilitation and recovery centre for people with severe and enduring mental illness, we have other specialised supported living and mental health care facilities scheduled to open during 2015 across the Derbyshire area too.
Our mission is to provide a holistic and person-centered approaches within a friendly and homely setting. We aim to empower people with mental health illness to make a successful journey towards independent and dignified living.
You will need experience in dealing effectively with challenging behavior, mental health and/or learning disabilities, but you will have the satisfaction of making a real difference to people's lives as well as being well rewarded for your valued role.
In order to provide the support and care our clients need, hours of work for staff are on a rolling rota shift pattern, therefore you should expect to work some evenings and weekends.
Successful candidates will receive regular training and supervision, good rates of pay with annual leave, and the opportunity to become part of a welcoming team within an expanding and successful organisation.
